This program continues to build on the fundamentals covered in the novice program while introducing competitive skills, starts, and turns, along with physical fitness and race strategy.
Bronze meets a minimum of 1.5 hours per week (two 45 minute sessions), with the option to increase to 2.25 hours per week (three 45 minute sessions).
Swimmers in the Bronze program are eligible to swim in any sanctioned swim competitions. They are expected to participate in our local unsanctioned mini meet, and are encouraged to participate in our local sanctioned "Spring Fun" swim meet.
