Volunteer Policy
As a small club we rely on parent participation to make us successful. As part of registration, we require:
1. One parent to volunteer a minimum of once per month (3x for EACH session e.g. the fall session is one session) as a parent ambassador. Job requirements are to take attendance, help with group transitioning so this time does not cut into coaching time, and to support the coaches on deck as needed and with any incidents should they arise.
2. One parent to volunteer for at least one of the following:
- a local mini meet
- our sanctioned Swim Meet
- a fundraising event
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $100 deposit to ensure all volunteer requirements are met. Please bring a post dated cheque to your athlete's first session.
Parent ambassador sign up will be available on the website at the time of registration. All other sign up opportunities will be emailed out to members as they arise.
