Dryland Training

It looks like we will be doing another week (May 11-May 16) of dryland training, as the pool isn’t quite reopened yet. We hope this is the last week.

We’d like to encourage all the athletes to come out during their regularly scheduled practice to join in on the dryland training. The coaches have been working hard to customize and adapt the workouts for each group. Dryland workouts have been proven to help develop more speed in the water and improve starts, turns, and streamlines.

We apologize for the shake up and hope to be back in the water soon. We will continue to keep you updated, as we know more.
